Post Permanency Family Support Services
Family Focus, well known and respected for work supporting families, and Children's Home + Aid, an agency providing quality services to children and families, are partnering to offer adoptive parents, subsidized guardians, and their families a variety of family support services as well as therapeutic intervention for support and the prevention of disruptions.
To implement this program, Family Focus and Children's Home + Aid will utilize and build upon our existing program resources and collaborate with a variety of community -based providers and organizations to ensure that adoptive parents and subsidized guardians receive additional support.
